Spring into Cooking

My latest cooking class Spring into cooking is complete.  We covered lots of meterial.  The highlights are ways to use eggs during easter, easy tips to have a wedding or baby shower and fun delictible foods traditional to the Kentucky Derby.  I will try to put as much as possible on the blog. 
I would also like to say a great big thanks to the ladies that came out for the class.
