Open face Rubin

21/2c chopped corn beef                     8oz pkg Cream Cheese
rinsed and drained kraut                       Sea salt
Olive oil                                               Robert Rothschild Onion Blossom Horse Radish
French loaf                                        

Slice French loaf, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt.  Toast for 2-3 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and corn beef.  Rinse and drain kraut.  Layer each toasted round with kraut, cream cheese beef mix then top with horse radish sauce.
If you just want to make this with out cooking the corn beef you will need about a pound from the deli.  Another option is Bolthouse Thousand Island dressing.  This is more traditional for your Rubin.
