Tips and Tricks for baked potatoes

Pick a medium to large russet potato wash thoroughly.  Use a sharp knife to pierce down the center several times.  Turn the potato a quarter turn and again pierce the potato several times all the way to the other side.  place in a microwave safe dish with out letting the potatoes touch.  Cover with wax paper or microwavable saran wrap.  Microwave for 20-25 minutes on high.
Perfect baked potatoes.  Quick and easy.  This method is good for twice baked potatoes.
