Cooking for the Holidays

The evening of cooking for the holidays is quickly approaching.  I hope you have all made arrangements to attend.  If not you may call 901-853-7374 and ask for Schnuck's Cooks.  This way I can have a place for you, seating will be limited.  I will be preparing a chicken, shrimp, ham and beef dishes, a casserole,  will prepare as many appetizers that can fit into the two hour class and more.  You will have a chance to sample each dish, there will be a nominal fee of $5.00
