BBQ Shrimp

BBQ shrimp is incredibly easy. 
I recommend at least 1/2 lb of peeled and divined shrimp per person.  One Pound minimum  You will need a large skillet, 1/2 stick of butter and 1/4 cup Spanish EVOO, 1-2 TBS Ronduveuz BBQ seasoning. 

Melt the butter and add the evoo.  Do not let the oil smoke, that is too hot.  add shrimp, stir as the shrimp begins to become white and solid.  The entire cooking process will take only 3-4 minutes. 
You may change the shrimp with scallops.  Cooking time will remain about the same.
