This is just a little information that you may find interesting. There is a scale of measure called the Brix scale. This measures the sweetness in vegetables and fruit. Most corn you find in the produce department will be a #10 on the Brix scale. The corn sold at Schnucks scores a #16 on the Brix scale. It is much sweeter that most other corn. Next time you are at the market just for fun ask your produce manager about the brix scale. It will make a big difference in what you eat for dinner.
