Chicken Spaghetti My Way

Recently I was ask to speak and cook for New Directions Church's Biggest Looser Contest.  In addition there was a recipe swap and contest.  I will be sharing some these taste entry's.  They were totally awesome.
Chicken Spaghetti My Way:
Boil 2-3 Chicken breast with about 1tsp salt.  Remove from heat cool and shred into bite size pieces.
1lb box spaghetti noodles, cooked to box directions
1lg can cream of chicken soup                            1 Sm can Cream mushroom soup
1 16oz. bag Mexican blend cheese                     1 regular can Rotel (include juice)
You will also need a 9x13 baking dish, cooking spray and lg and medium mixing bowls

Cut chicken and spaghetti into bite size pieces place in large bowl and set aside.
Mix the soup and Rotel and 1/2 the cheese in a second large bowl.
Spray 9x13 baking dish.  Layer noodles and chicken, then soups and Rotel mix.  bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes.  Take out just before complete cover with remaining cheese.  Pop the casserole back into the oven just to melt the cheese.
This is a good time to have a loaf of  warm garlic bread and big green salad to go with dinner.
