Fall citrus Salad

dressing:
2 blood oranges (divide juice and sections, orange sections for the salad and juice is for dressing.
1 1/2 TBS red wine vinegar
1/2 TBS honey
!/8 tsp S&P
1TBS EVOO 

Salad:
4 lg radishes (thinly sliced)
1 pkg tender ruby red Salad Greens (I use Fresh Express)
!/2 C fresh pomegranate seeds
1/4 C lt. salt pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/4 C. thin slice red onion
Mix salad.  For dressing separate oranges from membrane, use a strainer for segments then then seperate into serving bowl.  Squeeze leftover membrane over strainer for juice. Into orange juice bowl whisk vinegar, honey, and S&P.  Wisk in oil to emulsify.http://www.facebook.com/goedye@twitter.com
