Summer Refreshement

Prep time is 10 minutes * Makes 8 cups
1    pkg 16 oz Driscoll's Strawberries (fresh)
16  oz.  2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice chilled.
6    oz or 2/3c cream of coconut
3    ice cubes

Remove hull and quarter strawberries about 2 cups.  Reserve the remaining strawberries for garnish.
Add 1 cup strawberries to blender with1c pineapple juice and 1/3c cream of coconut.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into glasses and garnish.  Repeat this process with remaining ingredients.
